2007年9月—2011年6月:吉林农业大学,植物科学与技术,获得理学学士学位

2011年9月—2018年6月:东北师范大学,植物学,硕博连读,获得理学博士学位;导师:刘宝教授

2018年7月—2023年5月:瑞典农业科学大学 (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences),植物发育研究中心,博士后;合作导师:Charles Melnyk

2023年6月—至今,西北农林科技大学,生命科学学院,副教授

二,研究方向

探索调控植物再生的分子机制。植物再生主要依赖于植物细胞的全能性和多功能性,从而可实现细胞脱分化和再分化的过程,促进植物伤口的愈合或者形成完整的植株。植物的再生技术已经被广泛的应用到农业生产当中,包括嫁接,扦插以及组织培养。然而如何诱导和调控植物细胞的全能性和多能性一直是植物领域极其重要并且值得持续性探索的科学问题。我们主要以拟南芥和小麦为研究材料,整合遗传学,细胞生物学和分子生物学等技术手段,对再生因子(包括植物干细胞和小分子化合物)进行挖掘与解析,从而达到可操控植物的再生能力,为未来作物改良提供理论基础。
