  Research Interests:

  1. High-throughput mRNA-seq data analysis

  Using widely accepted mainstream software and pipeline to discover novel transcripts, differential expressions, and function annotations.

  2. High-throughput smallRNA-seq data analysis

  Detect conserved and novel small RNA, target prediction, differential expressions and functional analysis.

  3. High-throughput ChIP-seq data analysis

  Utilizing widely accepted MACS2 software and latest programs for motif prediction, peak annotation, functional analysis and data visualization.

  4. High-throughput genome resequencing data analysis

  Detection of SNP, genetic variation, selective sweep and introgression as well as Genome-wide association study (GWAS).
