陈卫民

  一、个人简介

  陈卫民,博士,副教授,博士生导师。1996-2009年,本硕博毕业于西北农林科技大学土壤农业化学及微生物学专业;2007年11月至2009年5月,英国约克大学生物系联合培养博士;2009-2011年北京大学博士后,研究方向为微生物生态与应用;2011年至今,西北农林科技大学生命学院副教授,研究方向为微生物资源与利用,涉及根瘤菌多样性与分类、微生物生态、污染土壤的微生物与植物联合修复技术等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、科技部“863计划”子课题等国家及省部级科研项目5项,并参加国家及省部级科研课题6项,获得2016年陕西省科学技术一等奖(排名2/4),发表SCI论文29篇,其中以第一或通讯作者在Soil Biology and Biochemistry、Molecular Ecology、Land Degradation & Development、Environmental Pollution、FEMS Microbiology Ecology、Systematic and Applied Microbiology、Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology、Journal of Bacteriology、Int J Syst Evol Microbiol等刊物上发表SCI论文15篇。

  二、主讲课程

   从事本科生“微生物学”课程的教学工作。

  三、研究方向

   微生物资源与利用;微生物生态;根瘤菌多样性与分类;污染土壤生物修复等。
