陈卫民

  一、个人简介

  陈卫民,男,博士,副教授,1996-2009年本硕博毕业于西北农林科技大学土壤农业化学及微生物学专业,2007.11至2009.5英国约克大学生物系联合培养博士,2009-2011年北京大学博士后,研究方向为微生物生态与应用,2011年至今,西北农林科技大学生命学院副教授,研究方向为微生物资源与利用,涉及根瘤菌多样性与分类、微生物生态、污染土壤的微生物与植物联合修复技术等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、科技部“863计划”子课题等国家及省部级科研项目5项,并参加国家及省部级科研课题6项,获得2016年陕西省科学技术一等奖(排名第二)。以第一或通讯作者在Soil Biol Biochem、Mol Ecol、Scientific Reports、FEMS Microbiol Ecol、Syst Appl Microbiol、Int J Syst Evol Microbiol等刊物上发表SCI论文10余篇。

  二、主讲课程

   从事本科生“微生物学”课程的教学工作。

  三、研究方向

   微生物资源与利用;污染土壤生物修复;微生物生态等。

  国家自然科学基金项目:根瘤菌-刺槐共生固氮体系驱动的土壤剖面微生物群落结构时空演化和形成机制,(31570493),2016.1-2019.12,主持。

  国家自然科学基金项目:共生固氮体系协同微生物群落在黄土高原石油污染土壤中的修复作用及机理研究,(31270529),2013-2016,主持。

  国家高新技术发展计划(863计划)子课题:农田典型多环芳烃污染的植物与微生物协同修复技术研究,2012-2015,主持。

  中国博士后科学基金面上项目:水生植物内生菌群落结构及其有机物降解功能研究,2011,主持。

  西北农林科技大学科研启动项目:野生豆科植物内生菌群落结构与宿主生态适应性研究,2012-2014,主持。

  国家杰出青年科学基金:微生物多样性及生态,参加。

  参加国家自然科学基金:西北干旱地区矿业废弃地根瘤菌的多样性及其共生固氮体系的生态恢复作用,参加。

  国家自然科学基金项目:西北荒漠区骆驼刺根瘤菌的多样性及系统发育,参加。
