江元清

  1.个人简历

  

  江元清,男,汉族,湖南省桃源县人,教授,博导。1998.6年本科毕业于湖南农业大学资环学院,2001.6年硕士研究生毕业于中国农业大学生物学院生物化学与分子生物学专业,2001.7-2003.8在北京市农林科学院农业生物技术研究中心从事植物基因功能分析相关研究工作两年(助理研究员)。2003.9-2007.11在加拿大阿尔伯特大学(University of Alberta)生物科学系植物生物学专业学习,获博士学位。2007年12月至2010年11月先后在阿尔伯特大学生物科学系与美国加州大学伯克利分校(University of California-Berkeley) 植物与微生物学系做博士后研究。2010年12月起加入西北农林科技大学生命科学院从事教学与科研工作。

  

  2.研究方向:

  -植物细胞分子生物学

  植物(拟南芥、油菜)细胞逆境(干旱、盐害、矿质营养缺乏、脱落酸ABA、活性氧ROS等)响应相关基因(特别是转录因子与蛋白激酶)的鉴定与功能分析, 结合正反向遗传学、生物化学、植物生理学以及分子生物学等研究方法,着重从分子与细胞水平鉴定新的参与一系列逆境与激素信号转导途径的新成员,并阐明其分子作用机理与信号转导的调控机制,为分子辅助的抗逆育种提供候选基因并奠定理论与实践基础。

  油菜种子发育,结合显微解剖与高通量技术(微阵列、蛋白质组学、比较基因组学)鉴定油菜种子的种皮中决定其发育的纤维素合成酶(CesA, CesA-like)及上游转录因子等基因,结合利用拟南芥突变体及细胞生物学、分子生物学等方面的技术深入研究相关重要基因的生物学功能。

  主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(NSFC)、教育部博士点新教师基金项目以及合作课题项目等。
